Lack of necessary information regarding the equipment needed. additional payments: 10 euros for renting a wetsuit, 10 euros for shoes, 5 euros for a phone cover. After the end of the trip, the costs unexpectedly increase and it is 10 euros for a phone cover. costs increase by 110%, very bad taste. payment only cash. “Cancelled in the same morning 7am as the activity. As you can see in the screenshot I attached, they contacted me at 7 am after me and my girlfriend got ready and packed. They said that they over booked thier bus and they have no space for us, what a massive disappointment. If you don't want your day to be ruined, find a different activity provider”

“The bus picked us up at the correct time. We picked up from 4 other hotels then proceeded the journey to a drink/ toilet stop, a 20 minute rest. It took around 30 mins from here to get to Kaprula, where the rafting takes place. The rafting was great, there were 14 in our boat including 2 young children. Everyone enjoyed the experience. You stop and have a rest break after 1 hour, where you can purchase a cheese flatbread or a Nutella flat bread for 3 euro, you can also purchase a drink, and use toilet facilities, after short stop (20 mins), them it's time to get back in…”
