“I rate the whole fun and organization as 5. The young employees who took care of us did a good job. buggy, zipline, rafting. 3 people did a great job. I rate the second part of the game 1 for its outrageous behavior. Lack of necessary information regarding the equipment needed. additional payments: 10 euros for renting a wetsuit, 10 euros for shoes, 5 euros for a phone cover. After the end of the trip, the costs unexpectedly increase and it is 10 euros for a phone cover. costs increase by 110%, very bad taste. payment only cash. “Cancelled in the same morning 7am as the activity. As you can see in the screenshot I attached, they contacted me at 7 am after me and my girlfriend got ready and packed. They said that they over booked thier bus and they have no space for us, what a massive disappointment. If you don't want your day to be ruined, find a different activity provider”

“The bus picked us up at the correct time. We picked up from 4 other hotels then proceeded the journey to a drink/ toilet stop, a 20 minute rest. It took around 30 mins from here to get to Kaprula, where the rafting takes place. The rafting was great, there were 14 in our boat including 2 young children. Everyone enjoyed the experience. You stop and have a rest break after 1 hour, where you can purchase a cheese flatbread or a Nutella flat bread for 3 euro, you can also purchase a drink, and use toilet facilities, after short stop (20 mins), them it's time to get back in…”

“hele leuke ervaring. het canyoning stuk is het mooiste qua natuur. ook de gids was erg leuk maar het afrekenen van de drank en de wetsuits aan het eind gaf een bittere nasmaak aan het eind van deze verder leuke dag. onderweg had een vd gidsen een fles vodka mee en dit werd aangeboden bij enkele stops. over kosten werd niets gezegd. de overige dranken bij de lunch en andere pauze werden goed genoemd maar voor de vodka werd aan het einde ineens 18 euro bijgeteld. uiteindelijk hebben we het niet betaald. jammer dat dit zo moet! Hierdoor sluit je zo'n leuke dag toch anders af!”

“We are a family of 3 and did the canyon walk on top of the rafting. The canyon walk was amazing even if swimming in cold water was a shock to the system! My 9 year old daughter did it and we were so proud! Taha and Efan ours guides looked after us so well! I would recommend hiring the wet suits as I feel the kept us a little warmer in the water! Only 5 euros per suit! The rafting was amazing too! Thoroughly enjoyable day and the food was delicious too! Few thing’s available to buy as extra which we didn’t mind as the overall trip was great…”

“Das Rafting war richtig gut. Die Guides bemühen sich, für jeden einen Spaß daraus zu machen. Auf dem Fluß sind zig Boote der unterschiedlichsten Anbieter gleichzeitig unterwegs, es werden laufend Wasserschlachten gemacht. Die Einteilung der Gruppen erfolgt nach Sprache. Das anschließende Essen war spät aber in Ordnung, danach ging es wieder ins Hotel. Die Abholung erfolgte mit Einen uralten Reisebus ohne Klimaanlage. Dafür, dass immer wieder merkwürdige Gestalten unter den Gästen sind, kann der Veranstalter ja nichts.”

You'll do exactly the same amount of rafting that everybody else does but you'll have to wait for everybody else to finish the other activities before bringing you back. So expect hours of waiting around. I recommend you just do the multiple activity day.”
