Fake things: Not pick up at the hotel, meeting point far from boat departure, Viator tour representative never show up, calling him he did not speak well English, impossible to well communicate by phone. They give us only the name of the boat and it is how we found the tour. Not snorkel in boat, beverage to pay apart. Viator give you bad fake information about their service, misled you, you…”

“Horrible is an understatement, the only reason I booked this tour instead of a couple others I was looking at was because this one went to butterfly valley - which was the ONLY good thing about the day and even then the 30 mins stop was too short. Everything else was awful. The boat is disgusting and smells bad, it was packed with 100 people like sardines, the food left us feeling sick for 2 days, there are not nearly enough sun loungers, every single thing including water costs money (every other boat tour I’ve been on in Greece, Italy, etc, has soft drinks and water included) .. and the…”

“The guide Mete was very helpful, he gave us detailed instructions, very approachable and spoke very good English. This was a clean new coach with air conditioning, the timings were punctual. We visited the Blue Lagoon in Olu Deniz, it's 2.5 hrs away- we spent 2 hours at the beach. Just beware of the beach scammers who lie and extort money for sunbeds. The food was great, breakfast is okay, we got free entry into the gorge. Overall 9/10, strongly recommend.”
