So by the time we were in the balloon ready to go, the sun was already far up and we missed the sunrise of course. But the most important thing was safety! The description says a maximum of 20 passengers and we were 30 at least. Not only was the balloon COMPLETELY packed and you couldn't move, but the whole time it felt unsafe too. The typical excuse that other rides were cancelled was used. Classic scam. Go with another company.”
