“Can’t really comment on the massage but the customer service is terrible if I could give a minus I would!! Booked this months ago, states free pick up….put in our hotel details & received a confirmation that this was the pick up point, money was taken for trip, so trip day arrives, go to reception 15 minutes early and wait, and wait 1 hour later still no sign so contact them via Viator….no reply contact Viator who inform me the company don’t pick up from my hotel!!! 1st I know of this, I have a confirmation that they would get us here! Viator then spoke to them & lie that…”
